Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
OG PONY LLC ("OG PONY," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of everyone who visits https://og-pony-llc.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we receive, why, how long we keep it, with whom it is shared, and your rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and other United States privacy laws.
Information We Collect
Information you send us by email. The contact form assembles the fields you complete — typically your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, and your message — into a draft email in your own email client. Nothing is transmitted until you send it. When you do, we receive your message, any attachment, and standard email header data.
Server log data. Our hosting provider maintains standard access logs recording the visitor's IP address, date and time, URL requested, HTTP status code, user-agent string, and referring URL. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting and are not linked by us to any identified individual.
Third-party resource requests. The Site loads web fonts and open-source libraries from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). These providers set no cookies through the Site, but because your browser requests files directly from them they receive your IP address and standard request metadata under their own privacy policies.
Why We Use It, and On What Basis
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations for the services you ask about.
- To perform contracted services and communicate during an engagement.
- To maintain the security and availability of the Site, through server logs.
- To keep business records and comply with tax and legal obligations.
We do not use this information for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising audiences. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where you voluntarily send us information.
Retention
Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary to answer your request and, where a business relationship follows, for its duration plus the periods required by limitation and tax law. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are generally deleted within twenty-four months. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period, then deleted.
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information, have not sold it in the preceding twelve months, and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers bound by confidentiality obligations (hosting, email, accounting), to a successor entity in a merger or sale of assets, and to authorities where required by law.
No Cookies
The Site places no cookies on your device and uses no local storage, session storage, fingerprinting, web beacons, or equivalent tracking technology, and runs no analytics, advertising, or social media scripts. Because there is no tracking to consent to, no cookie banner is displayed. If we ever introduce such a technology, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy beforehand and implement any consent mechanism required by law.
Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
If you are a Colorado resident, you have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it; to correct inaccuracies; to request deletion; to obtain a portable copy in a readily usable format; and to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We engage in none of those activities, and we honor universal opt-out mechanisms recognized under Colorado law. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond within the statutory period and tell you how to contact the Colorado Attorney General if concerns remain.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, their sources, the purposes for collection, and the third parties to whom they are disclosed; to delete it, subject to statutory exceptions; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of its sale or sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We neither sell nor share personal information as California law defines those terms, we do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we offer no financial incentives. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.
Exercising Your Rights
Email wearezinn@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will acknowledge promptly and respond within forty-five days, extendable by a further forty-five days where reasonably necessary, with notice of the extension and its reason. We may ask for information sufficient to verify your identity. No fee applies to a first request in any twelve-month period.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child under thirteen has provided us with such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
International Transfers
OG PONY LLC is located in the United States, and information sent to us is processed there. Our hosting provider is established in the European Union and may store server log data in the European Economic Area or elsewhere; the content delivery networks operate globally. If you access the Site from outside the United States, the information you send us will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ.
Security and Changes
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS and holds no database. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law; the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
